IAPT and Talking Therapies

Vita Minds offers a variety of short-term psychological therapies for conditions such as depression, anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder throughout Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire. The team try to ensure that the type of help offered to you best matches your needs.
